 PREPARING FOR OUR VISIT

List and total all the assets and property which make up your estate. Include your home, car, valuables, inherited items, investments, insurance, death benefits, pension and business interests.

List the names and addresses of your chosen executors, beneficiaries and guardians, as they are required to be stated in your Will.

Decide which parts of your estate you wish to leave and who you have decided to leave them to. This includes any special items you desire to go to certain people and any gifts for a chosen charity.

 EXECUTORS:

Those who you nominate to administer your Will. It will be their responsibility to apply for probate and distribute your assets according to your wishes.

BENEFICIARIES:

These are the people to whom you wish your assets to be distributed.

GUARDIANS:

Those you nominate to look after your young children.
